- Tracking codes generated through our participation in the eBay Partner Network (EPN), eBay's affiliate program, for your qualifying purchases made on their platform.
- Activity data from affiliated third-party websites, such as those accessed through social sign-ins (i.e. Gmail).
- Other information shared by our affiliated merchants and business partners with whom you have interacted.
We will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to Services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

The types of information we collect about you may include personal information of the following types:
- Identifiers that you provide us directly, such as your first and last name, postal address, email address, and/or phone number

- Commercial Information about you, such as records of products, product types, merchants, merchant types, goods or services purchased, obtained, or considered by you, including products, merchants and coupons you searched for, viewed or clicked, items added to cart and abandoned, shopping trips initiated, merchant sites visited from our Services, transaction history related to our Services, purchase confirmation data, accrued cash-back, and other loyalty currency
- Internet and other Network Activity, such as your browsing and search history and your interactions with our sites and Services, including:
- Trackers you set up
- Price Targets you for each tracker
- Products, offers, or merchants you search, click, favorite, and/or view, including clicks you make on the merchant sites you visit within our website or browser extension;
- URLs of the pages you visit, including those tracked by our browser extensions and website;
- Date and time stamps associated with such browsing, searches, and clicks;
- Click stream data, meaning the page by page clicks that you make as you navigate through our Services, including the web page visited before you came to our website;
- Member account credentials, including username and password; and
- Inferences drawn about you and your likely preferences, characteristics, behavior, and attitudes from any information we collect about you, except "sensitive" information.
4. USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
ArbitrageArmada collects and uses your personal information in the following ways:
User Registration: When you sign up for the Website, you will be prompted to provide necessary personal information such as name, email address, and phone number, account username and password.
In-Website Activities: As you interact with the Website, data such as saved price trackers and pricing targets for a desired item may be collected based on your actions and preferences within the Website.
Marketing: We may use the information we gather about you to deliver more personalized offers, exclusive deals, discounts, and/or more relevant promotions from our participating merchants via email, other direct communications, and digital advertising. Additionally, we may use your information to send you email newsletters, rewards offer, discounts, promotional codes, event updates, and general information about the Services.
Permissions: When you use our website, we and authorized third parties employ cookies and similar tracking technologies (collectively referred to as “cookies”).You will have the option to disable or limit the use of cookies and similar technologies if this is supported by your device. Any personal information that we collect and store through use of these cookies are based on your settings. If you are a Member, you can change your preferences in your account settings at any time. If you want to disable cookies entirely, your browser or mobile device might have an option to do that. However, if you choose to disable “cookies” on your device, you will not be able to earn Cash back because cookies are used to authenticate the user and verify whose Member Account is eligible for the Cash Back.
We may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from ArbitrageArmada and its affiliates.
The primary purpose of collecting this information is to provide a seamless and personalized experience for our users. It enables us to tailor recommendations, communicate important updates, facilitate transactions, and improve our Services based on user feedback. 5. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION
We automatically collect certain information about your interaction with the Services (“Usage Data”), including:

Disclosure to Our Service Providers: We may share all categories of your collected personal information with third-party service providers as needed to perform various business operations on our behalf and solely for our benefit. This includes, but is not limited to, third-party service providers such as SendGrid, Tremendous, and Google Gmail. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these Services to ArbitrageArmada, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Disclosure to eBay Partner Network: As a participant in the eBay Partner Network (EPN), when you click on an eBay product link within our Services to initiate a Cash Back shopping experience, you indicate your intent to interact with eBay through our platform. This action directs us to share certain details about you - including the clicked link and a unique tracking ID - with the eBay Partner Network to properly attribute your purchases. Additionally, eBay, Inc. collects Internet and Network Activity data related to your interaction with their website, products, and offers. Please see their privacy policy for more information on using their website and services. We may also analyze and test the effectiveness of our Services for merchants and business partners by combining information collected about you with data from current and potential partners. This may include online shopping identifiers (such as shopping IDs and order IDs), hashed email addresses, and Commercial Information (such as purchase confirmations and order values). The results of these analyses may be used in aggregated and deidentified forms to enhance and market our Services to merchants and business clients. If you wish to opt out of the disclosure of your data for these purposes, you may do so following the instructions in Section 10.
Disclosure for Legal Purposes: ArbitrageArmada may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on ArbitrageArmada Inc. or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of ArbitrageArmada; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of ArbitrageArmada Inc., or the public.
7. USE OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS FOR SIGN ON
When accessing or using our website, we may integrate or provide access to third-party platforms (“Third-Party Platforms”) to facilitate account creation or login. This may include third-party platforms, including Google’s Gmail sign in. Your use of any Third-Party Platform in connection with your account is subject to that platform’s terms, conditions, and privacy policies (“Third-Party Terms”). We are not responsible for the practices or policies of any Third-Party Platform.
8. RETENTION
We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, and as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies. Retention periods will be determined by considering the type of information that is collected and the purpose for which it is collected, bearing in mind the requirements applicable to the situation and the need to destroy outdated, unused information at the earliest reasonable time. Under applicable regulations, we will keep records containing client personal data, account opening documents, communications and anything else as required by applicable laws and regulations.

9. RIGHT TO DELETION
You have the right to request that we delete any personal information we collected from you or maintain about you, subject to certain exceptions. We will delete your personal information upon such request, except to the extent we determine that we need the information for a business purpose and have a legal right to maintain it, in which case we will inform you of that legal exception.
10. RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF SHARING OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
As outlined in Section 7, we may disclose certain personal information to our third parties, such as service providers and the eBay Partner Network. If you wish to opt out of the use or disclosure of your personal information for these purposes, please click the following link if you are not a Member: DO NOT SHARE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION / PERSONAL DATA OPT-OUT. Members can exercise their data privacy rights by logging into their account and accessing their account settings.
Please note that opting out of certain disclosures may limit your access to some of our services that rely on such data sharing. For example, depending on the extent you choose to limit the sharing of your personal data, you may not qualify for our cashback program. This is because we must share certain information, such as your unique UserID linked to your account, with our affiliate partner to verify eligible transactions.

11. CHILDREN UNDER THIRTEEN YEARS OF AGE
ArbitrageArmada does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, you must obtain parent or guardian permission prior to using the Website.

From time to time, we may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.
